County record
Sale history, assessed value, and building details come from Washoe County public assessor records—the same data the county publishes, reorganized here by complex instead of parcel number.
A public record is only useful when you can understand where it came from.

Seasonal rates come from a former Incline Village vacation-rental office. We recovered its 1999–2017 rate cards from the Internet Archive and matched each address against county records.
Addresses from an old rental listing do not always match a current county record cleanly. A record appears only after the rate table parses cleanly and the house number matches a county parcel exactly. Anything less stays out of the index.
Each rate card links back to its original archived page, so you can verify it against the source rather than take our word for it.
